Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PromisingApps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Quotes Creator mobile application (the "App") — com.technicles.rapidquotes.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App. Our other apps each have their own privacy policy; some of them share advertising-consent decisions with this App, as described under Advertising consent & consent syncing.
Your creations stay on your device
The App requests access to storage/photos solely so you can add your own images and save or share the quotes you create. This access is used on-device and is not used to collect your gallery.
Features that connect to the internet
Some optional features fetch content over the internet. When you use them, limited information necessarily leaves your device:
- Image search (Pixabay): if you search for background images, your search terms are sent to the Pixabay service to return matching stock images. See the Pixabay Privacy Policy.
- Background & template library: background images, templates, and quote packs are downloaded from our content delivery network when you browse or select them.
- Push notifications: we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send occasional notifications (for example, new templates or a quote of the day). A messaging token is generated for your installation; you can turn notifications off in your device settings.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or postal address to use the App. The information collected falls into the following categories:
Information you choose to provide
- Content you create — the quote text and images you design. These are processed on your device only, as described above.
- Search terms — image-search queries you enter, which are sent to Pixabay to return results (see above).
- Support communications — if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Our third-party partners (advertising and analytics providers, described below) may automatically collect:
- Advertising identifiers — your Google Advertising ID, used to serve and measure ads.
- Device & usage data — device model, operating system version, language/region, coarse network information, IP address, app-usage events, and crash/diagnostic data.
- Ad-interaction data — which ads are shown and interacted with, for measurement and fraud prevention.
How we use information
- To provide the App's core features (creating, editing, saving, and sharing quote images on your device).
- To fetch background images, templates, and search results when you request them.
- To send notifications you haven't turned off.
- To display advertising and to measure ad performance.
- To manage your advertising consent choices (and, where applicable, sync them across our apps — see below).
- To offer and process optional in-app purchases and subscriptions that remove ads.
- To understand how the App is used, fix bugs, and improve reliability and features.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not receive or store your payment-card details; Google processes payment and shares only the information needed to confirm and manage your purchase.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With the service providers listed above, to perform the functions described.
- Between our own apps, for the limited purpose of advertising-consent syncing described above.
- Where required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or of PromisingApps.
Data retention
The quotes you create remain on your device under your control until you delete them; we never receive them. Data collected by our advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their respective policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International data transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this address. Significant changes may also be communicated within the App.
